If your printout is an 8.5\u201d x 11\u201d brochure, the file that you will send to us should be the same.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>The image resolution of the file should be in <b>300 dots per inch (dpi) or higher<\/b>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Your artwork should have a <b>1\/8\u2033 <\/b><a href=\"https:\/\/qandf-help.nextdayflyers.com\/helpcenter\/what-is-bleed\/\"><b>bleed<\/b><\/a> and important content is within the <a href=\"https:\/\/qandf-help.nextdayflyers.com\/helpcenter\/what-is-safety-zone\/\">safety zone<\/a>\u00a0which is <b>1\/8\u2033 inside the <\/b><a href=\"https:\/\/qandf-help.nextdayflyers.com\/helpcenter\/what-are-trim-marks\/\"><b>trim marks<\/b><\/a>. This will ensure that there are no white borders along the paper edges and that the text and elements don\u2019t accidentally get cut. Refer to our layout guide\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/qandf-help.nextdayflyers.com\/standard-templates\">templates<\/a> in our standard templates page.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Your artwork should be in <a href=\"https:\/\/qandf-help.nextdayflyers.com\/helpcenter\/what-is-cmyk\/\"><b>CMYK<\/b><\/a><b> color mode<\/b>. Computers use an RGB color mode that is different from the CMYK color mode used by printers. Changing your artwork to CMYK will ensure the accuracy of the colors in the finished print out.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">When sending a PDF file, or any of our <a href=\"https:\/\/qandf-help.nextdayflyers.com\/helpcenter\/what-file-formats-do-you-accept\/\">accepted file formats<\/a>, make sure that your<b> fonts are embedded<\/b>. This will make the text of your design crisp and accurate.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Your artwork should have <b>no crop, template marks, and other markings<\/b> that you don\u2019t want to print on your final image.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The <b>number of pages<\/b> in your pdf should match the number of pages specified in your order<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Don\u2019t forget to <b>proofread<\/b>. We do not check your file for grammar, spelling, or content accuracy.
