Setting up files is easier with our easy-to-use layout templates. These templates are available for the majority of our printing. There are different ways to download our templates. <\/span><\/p>\n

We have dedicated pages for both <\/span>standard<\/span><\/a>, <\/span>folded<\/span><\/a>, <\/span>die-cut<\/span><\/a>, <\/span>specialty<\/span><\/a>, and <\/span>large format<\/span><\/a> product templates. The templates can also be accessed through a specific product page. Let\u2019s use <\/span>direct mail postcards<\/span><\/a> as an example.<\/span><\/p>\n

Once you\u2019re on our Direct Mail Postcards page (or any of our product pages), simply scroll down the page until you see three tabs: Product Specs, Reviews, and Templates. By clicking on templates, you\u2019ll get access to all the available templates for that product.<\/span><\/p>\n

We offer templates in different sizes and formats. You can download templates in the following formats: Adobe Illustrator (AI), JPG, PDF, Adobe Photoshop (PSD), and Publisher (PUB). Clicking on any of the icons will start the download.<\/span><\/p>\n

Once downloaded, unzip the file and there you\u2019ll find your template. Each template indicates issues you should look out for. Basically, you want all the important elements of your design to be within the safe zone or the area that would be left untrimmed after we\u2019re done with cutting.<\/span><\/p>\n

Any unfamiliar term you might encounter while viewing the templates are defined within the template to make it easier for the users to understand. Some of these terms include:<\/span><\/p>\n

Safe Zone<\/b> \u2014 Where important details (images or text) should be placed<\/span><\/p>\n

Trim<\/b> \u2014 Where the actual cut would be made<\/span><\/p>\n

Bleed<\/b> \u2014 An area where designs are extended to, so there is some wiggle room during cutting<\/span><\/p>\n
